365 Days 2 When Will It Be Available on Netflix? What Can We Expect From 365 Days 2 in Terms of Cast and Plot?

365 Days,” also known as “365 Dni” and less formally as “the Polish ‘Fifty Shades of Grey,'” sparked a bit of a stir when it was released on Netflix in June of last year, following a theatrical premiere in Poland and a more limited release in the United Kingdom, respectively.

With a book by Blanka Lipiska, who also directed it and claims that the plot is 85 percent “actual,” the film was described (through Variety) as a modern-day “Beauty and the Beast,” and it soon rose to the top of Netflix’s Top 10 lists in more than 90 countries (via Deadline).

However, this was a film that received a scathing review from critics. 0 percent Tomatometer rating on Rotten Tomatoes, if you can believe it. The narrative of a Sicilian mafia member holding a woman captive and giving her a year to fall in love with him has received a zero percent Tomatometer rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

It has a 29 percent approval rating from the audience. On the website, critics have used terms such as “thoroughly horrible,” “laughably obscene,” and “an exercise in cinematic self-flagellation.” Others have been quick to point out the film’s potentially harmful themes, which include the romanticization of Stockholm Syndrome and rape culture, among other things.

Despite this, the film has an appealing steaminess to it that has everything to do with the chemistry (and all of the BDSM sex) between its two main characters. A second and third installment is now conceivable as a result of the success of the first installment on Netflix. We now know the following regarding the “365 Days” sequels so far:

365 Days 2 Cast

Knowing that the male lead will be returning to the “365 Days” fold, as Michele Morrone announced early on, we can rest assured. Morrone portrays Massimo, a criminal who owns a huge mansion where he keeps his love interest imprisoned.

In addition, Anna-Maria Sieklucka will reprise her role as Laura, the subject of Massimo’s romantic interest, which she played in the first film. Magdalena Lamparska will also reprise her role as Olga, Laura’s best friend. It is also believed that other members of the supporting cast will return for the sequel.

In Part 2, a new key character will be introduced, who will be played by Italian actor Simone 365 Days 2Susanna. In a slightly ludicrous twist, his presence results in a love triangle that serves as the focal point of the second film.

Blanka Lipiska is once again collaborating on the script for the film, just as she did for the previous one. Part 2 will be directed by Barbara Bialow and Tomasz Mandes, who directed the original film as well as Part 1. (via Deadline).

365 Days 2 Plot

When you consider that there are two further books in the series that the film is based on, the cliffhanger at the end of “365 Days” isn’t really that much of a cliffhanger. It’s very evident that Laura will survive. When Massimo and Laura get back together in the second novel, it is like starting all over again.

His discovery of her pregnancy leads to their marriage, but he is faced with a significant problem when Marcelo “Nacho” Matos (Susinna) pulls a Massimo and kidnaps Laura (Katherine Hepburn). The last thing we need is another one of these. As a result, it’s no surprise that she falls in love with Nacho. Voilà! A love triangle is formed right away. In addition, there is something about Massimo having an evil twin that puts Laura and the baby’s life in jeopardy.

It appears to be as hot a mess as the previous film, perhaps even more so — but the “hot” element is what has kept fans coming back for more, and more of the same is planned for Part 3.

According to Deadline, Netflix’s oversight may allow some of the troublesome themes from the first film to be toned down with a more careful approach in the second movie. If that is the case, fans will have to wait until next year to find out.

365 Days 2 Release Date

While there is no precise release date announced at this time, a sequel to the love drama “365 Days” has been hinted at since the film’s premiere on Netflix in June 2020, when star Michele Morrone disclosed the news in a personalized fan video for HalaHi, the Middle Eastern counterpart of Cameo (via TMZ).

In February, writer Blanka Lipiska gave Oprah Daily a sneak peek at the film’s sequel, which was broadcast on the show. However, the films are now being created under the Netflix Originals banner, which does alter the dynamic a little bit of the process.

365 Days 2

Filming for the sequel was originally scheduled to begin in August 2020 in Sicily, according to Newsweek, but it was postponed owing to COVID-19 regulations, which prevented the production from taking place (via Oprah Daily).

According to Deadline, filming for both sequels is scheduled to begin in May 2021, with both films shooting back-to-back in the same location.

Initially, the manufacturer would be based in Poland, and eventually, it would go to Italy. In the following days, various online reports confirmed that production would begin in earnest on June 29, 2021, in Warsaw, Mazowieckie (Poland), according to the website, What’s on Netflix.

Previously, it could have been expected that the picture would have a theatrical release before being released on a streaming service, but Netflix has essentially eliminated the intermediary. In this case, the anticipated projected excepted release date of February 7, 2023, will almost certainly be a worldwide release on Netflix.
