Rob Dyrdek is a 100 million dollar MTV reality celebrity, former professional skateboarder, actor, producer, and entrepreneur. He is most known for his appearances on the reality television series “Rob & Big,” “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory,” and “Ridiculousness.”

Childhood

Dyrdek was born on June 28, 1974, in Kettering, Ohio. He received his first skateboard from pro skateboarder Neil Blender when he was 11 years old. This fueled his desire to become a professional skateboarder, and it became his exclusive concentration.

He daydreamed about all the tricks he’d try later, and then skated and practiced until his parents called him in for the night. By the age of 12, he had secured sponsorship and launched his pro-skateboarding career. At the age of 16, he left home to pursue a career as a professional skateboarder in Southern California.

He drew Flores onto the stage with him and got down on one knee to propose to her. Rob and Bryiana have two children: Kodah Dash (born 2016) and Nala Ryan (born 2017)

Dyrdek is the brother of one sister. Dyrdek became an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church in December 2011 to officiate at his sister’s wedding. The ceremony was filmed for an episode of “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory” and took place in Los Angeles’ Fantasy Factory.

Dyrdek was so committed to skating that he dropped out of high school and relocated to Southern California to pursue the sport.

Fortunately for Dyrdek, he immediately found a new sponsor after taking that enormous risk. At the time, he was sponsored by Doors Clothing, which later became DC Shoes. He joined the team in 1995 and remained until 2016.

Additionally, Dyrdek co-founded the Street League Skateboarding (SLS). SLS is a global competitive game that pits 25 professional street skateboarders against one another for a significant monetary reward. One of the games features a $1.6 million purse, making it the sport’s largest ever.
