There Hasn’t Been Much News About a Season 2 of Tower of God
Unfortunately, Crunchyroll has not revealed a release date for “Tower of God” Season 2. Indeed, the studio has yet to confirm whether the series will return for a second season. “Tower of God” Season 1 concluded in August 2020, but Crunchyroll has remained silent on the subject.
The situation, however, is far from hopeless. Crunchyroll has not officially canceled the show, and it would not be the first anime to take at least a year-long hiatus between seasons. And, in November 2021, Anime Geek reported that animator Yoshihiro Takeda appeared to confirm that the second season was already in development, though the outlet cautioned that this had not been officially confirmed. Hopefully, this indicates that the “Tower of God” will return at some point. And for those who would rather watch the anime than read the webtoon, the need for Season 2 is even greater, as the first season ended on a fairly intense cliffhanger.
When Season 1 of “Tower of God” concluded, Bam (Johnny Yong Bosch) received an unexpected gift. After going to great lengths to locate Rachel (Valerie Rose Lohman) and assisting her with the administrator’s test, Rachel betrays him at the last minute for her gain. Her backstory is fleshed out, revealing that she had been ascending the Tower using Bam the entire time. She is aware that she will eventually be forced to kill him, which appears to have occurred after she pushed him off a cliff.
Bam, on the other hand, is still alive and more determined than ever to scale the Tower and uncover the truth about Rachel’s behavior. Let’s hope Crunchyroll is equally committed to providing fans with a Season 2 of “Tower of God.”
Release Date Tower Of God Season 2
The organization has not yet announced the premiere date for the pinnacle of God Season 2. Regardless, the studio has not stated whether the show will return for a brief season. Crunchyroll is currently unable to comment on “Pinnacle of God” season 1, which concluded in August 2020.
However, the position is not distressing in any way, shape, or form. While Crunchyroll has not discontinued the show, this is not the first anime to require an extended hiatus between seasons. There is a reasonable chance that the “Pinnacle of God” will return at some point.
A subsequent season may be released as early as the end of 2022 if Crunchyroll continues to chip away at it. It is purely speculative at the moment.
When Crunchyroll announces a delivery date, fans will be unable to obtain it. Fans can peruse the first comic to familiarise themselves with the situation, assuming this will never happen.
