UTSA Blackboard Navigation

UTSA’s Blackboard is a dynamic and user-friendly learning platform that connects students and professors with the material they need to succeed in their coursework. In this guide, we’ll show you how to use Blackboard’s navigation tools to find the resources you need.

To get started, open the Blackboard home screen by selecting “UTSA Blackboard” from the menu bar at the top of your computer screen. This will display a list of all of your courses, along with information about each one, including its title, number, professor, and start and end dates.

If you are looking for a specific resource or document associated with a course, use the navigational tools located on the left side of the home screen. The first tool allows you to search for a term or phrase within any course on campus. Simply type in what you’re looking for and press Enter.

The next tool allows you to browse through all of the documents that have been uploaded as part of your course. This can be extremely helpful if you are trying to find an image or video related to a specific topic or if you just want to see what has been shared so far by your peers.

Finally, if you need help accessing any resources on Blackboard or have any other questions related to using this platform, contact our office of technology services at (210) 458-6432 or via email at [email protected]
