Our executive producer and chief writer had both previously worked on The Late Show with David Letterman, so there was a sense that anything could happen on the show. Therefore, despite the fact that the duration of this piece was brief, it was excellent, and we all gained invaluable knowledge in a short period of time.”
She and Adam Married in 2005
Adam and Naomi are both from Northern California; they met in 1998 at a club on Sunset Boulevard after a mutual acquaintance introduced them.
Adam told Vulture of their initial encounter, “Naomi departed swiftly.” Naomi joked, “I heard ‘actor,'” adding that she came around after seeing him perform on stage.
The pair married in 2005, seven years later.

On Mother’s Day in 2021, Adam made a heartfelt Instagram post praising his wife’s mothering abilities. He added with photographs of himself, Naomi, and their two daughters “It’s difficult to express how fortunate I am to have a spouse as intelligent, hilarious, and attractive as @nfscott.
I am astounded by what a remarkable mother she is, and by how nice, intelligent, and caring our children are as a result. She deserves a year of Mother’s Day for holding down the fort while I’ve been attempting to parent by zoom. So allowed. Hold on, may I do that?”
She and Adam Have a Production Company Together
The couple established the production firm Gettin’ Rad Productions shortly after the birth of their first child.
“I had taken some time off after the birth of our first kid and was returning to work when I realized that the hours I would be working on someone else’s program would prevent me from seeing not only my child but also my husband. Thus, we devised a strategy one evening “Naomi told SAG Indie. “We took a leap and founded a company, and our first series concept, The Greatest Event in Television History, was produced for Adult Swim.”
Since then, she and Adam have collaborated on numerous projects and films for the corporation, including Adam’s Ghosted on FOX.
She Has Done Some Acting
Although she works primarily behind the scenes, she is not the only one of her family with acting expertise. Naomi had a brief role in the 2001 film Kissing Jessica Stein, for which she was also the production manager. In 2011, she appeared in an episode of the British sitcom Sadie J.
She is Often Mistaken for a Famous Actress
Sometimes, Naomi is mistaken for the Power Rangers actress Naomi Scott. In 2019, Adam laughed about the frequent confusion between the two Naomi Scotts when the women finally met in person at an Elizabeth Banks birthday party.
